Duplicate Practice! TinkerCAD a Cactus, Flower, and Vase | Creativity activity for middle school

The duplicate tool in TinkerCAD is THE most powerful tool we have access to. My students often had trouble mastering it, so I made these practice exercises to help them master the duplicate button. In the process, this is also a great creativity exercise! The smallest change can have a huge impact on what is output.
This will be the foundation of my creativity instruction in the future. The end of the video has a clear example regarding how curiosity only grows with action!

This site holds the resources for Innovative Arts class, a class that replaced our technology class in our middle school. Students learn to create as engineers, designers, and more. At the same time, we are learning about our brains/mindsets (‘Puzzle‘), engage technology (‘Shift‘) and the creative process (‘Create‘).
New resources are being added constantly, so I send out a weekly roundup email with all of the new resources. Sign up to stay in the loop.
