I have so many ideas to implement, between the books I am reading, the things I have realized this quarter, and applying the resources that I created this year.

I’m a little nervous that I’ll over do it. Too many changes is a bad thing – it is hard to decipher what is the root of the problem when everything is new. At the same time, I’m loving the vision and confident that I am moving in the right direction.

So back to the trusty fallback – test as much as I can during this term and implement only the best ideas.

It’s worked so far.
